In preparation for an upcoming film, Disney is pursuing the trademarking if Day of the dead. What's next? Disney's Christmas? Disney's Hallowen? Pete's Birthday?

I'm not Mexican, but even if I were I don't think I would care either way. It's obvious they are just trying to protect their rights to the intellectual property resulting from the movie release.
