You won't find a transportation schedule because they don't exist. Buses start running every morning by 6:30am..makes no difference what time the parks open. They do tend to run less frequently than the regular buses do though...maybe every 20+ mins or so. The regular resort to park buse run every 10-15 mins around park opening and then every 15-20 mins midday. Buses run more frequently when there is more need.
So, with that in mind....
For your 8:10 ADR at Chef Mickey's...be at the bus stop no later than 7, perhaps a bit earlier. When you get to MK, you can walk over to the CR via the sidewalk that runs underneath the monorail..takes about 8 mins or so. Or you can take the monorail..you have to walk in the opposite direction of the CR and you could have a wait until the next car comes along, but they come fairly frequently.
8:10 at Tusker House...be at the bus stop at 6:30ish. Take bus to AK. It will take you a bit to get to the front of the park, go through bag check and the turnstiles. You want to be at the park by 7:40ish since it will take you a bit to then walk to Tusker House.
The 7:45ADR at Boma...is that for breakfast?? If so, you are going to have an issue. You will want to take a cab. To get to AKL, you have to go to a park and then transfer to a bus heading to AKL..buses heading to specific resorts at that early hour are hit or miss.
Here's the thing...since you said you have youngsters who like their sleep..you may want to get a cab to all these ADRs. When using Disney transportation, you get there but it takes a bit. Using a cab will let you leave your resort just 30 mins prior to your ADR. Be sure to let the cab company know if you need car seats for the kids.
