Magical Express motorcoaches and the Disney Cruise Line motorcoaches are operated by Mears, and the drivers are Mears employees, not Disney Cast Members.

Disney Transport jobs would go through the regular WDW Casting Office. I don't know their phone # off hand, but it's not too difficult to find.

What qualifications do you need and how much does Disney Pay

You will need a CDL Class B License (Disney will train you to get one, if you don't have one).

Starting Pay is about $7.98 per hour.

Keep in mind that when you start out in Disney Buses you will likely get a
Late Closing shifts and have to work Weekends & Holidays.
