What time do the busses and boats start running going to parks, We are doing MK on a day where it opens at 9 AM and we are trying to see whats the earliest we can head over.

Buses are running by 6:30 every morning.

The resort monorail starts about 7:00. The express monorail and the boats start about an hour before the park opens.

That's the "official" line you get from the web site and from phone CMs, but in reality, the buses start running at 6:30am every morning as Alesia mentioned.
