We're thinking another cruise next september on the Fantasy. We're thinking that we could stay the night at the airport hotel then get a ride via Disney transport in the morning.
I have two questions in that vein, does Disney still run a bus for this? I have issues with my knees and boarding busses, will they let me use the ramps they use for ecvs? I have my walker and I'll need the ramp to get on the bus.

DCL does offer transfers from the airport that are available to all and transfers specifically for those staying at the Hyatt. You would definitely want to contact DCL ahead of time because I do not think all the buses are accessible.

I believe the buses are coach-style, and the accessible buses have a lift rather than a ramp (like the old DME, not like park buses). If you cannot do the stairs, they may have a wheelchair available under the bus that you can use to ride up the lift; usually they will not allow a person to stand on the lift. Definitely call to ask about accessible transportation and have your reservation flagged.

Yes more likely Disney is well equipped and they'll have a ramp etc and you can always put it on special request if you have any mobility issues. To add on bus transfers from airport to Port Canaveral return you should be able to add it on yourself online under my reservation on Disney cruise line website but if you want it for one way you can add it on via telephone, live chat or email but if you paid in full you'll need to call Disney cruise line to add it on if it's one way.
