Disney tickets with Airmiles

I have enough airmiles saved to get 3 adult 5 day base tickets(I need 4 but may not make that many miles before the October trip).
I may upgrade the tickets when we get there.
Should I go ahead and order them now, as i know the miles for them just went up, and not take the chance that they go up again, or is there a reason to wait 'till closer to the trip.
Do Disney tickets ever go down in miles, or go on promotion

I don't think they would go up again. It hasn't been a year since the number of required miles went up, if I'm not mistaken.
They did have a promotion around 1 year ago. At the time, I could buy the base 3 day tickets for 1625 miles (I think) compared to regular 18XX miles.

It's a gamble, no one can say for sure, but if I were you, I would wait to see if there will be an AirMiles promotion.

Wait. They should have a sale coming up. It is usually in the spring and they offer some great deals!

Thanks for the advice, I will keep an eye out on the site, with any luck, with a promotion, I will be able to get us all 4 tickets
