Does anyone know the current prices of tickets from the Disney Store or CAA. I'm wondering if the drop in our dollar has changed the prices of these.
All info appreciated!

I'm looking to compare the price of the adult 5day base tckt.

Disney Store $230 + 6.5%florida tax = $244.95 Canadian
CAA - offices don't have these so I am directed to purchase online. Which takes me to the Disney site. You would think there would be a discount applied but only the standard "advance purchase" discount is shown.
CAA or Disney Online - $206 + 6.5%florida tax = $219.39 US current exchange $261.89 Canadian

The lady at Disney Store said they do not adjust their prices with changes in the exchange rate. So if, when the price was set, the canadian dollar was strong, which it was, and now the canadian dollar has dropped, which it has...then they seem to have the best deal.
CAA's prices are US so you are paying current exchange rates.

I never find the CAA's prices on Disney and Universal to be any good. Their price for the 7 day pass at Universal is $95 US where on the Universal website it is only $85 US.

We did get a great deal at Disneyland when the enhanced fastpasses were offered though. That was an amazing perk.

When we booked a package with CAA last year we saved around $400 US. But we only paid for the room, one day base ticket and DDP. I'm likely going to book thru them again this year as our TA was wonderful.

Here's the discount sellers prices just to compare:

Undercover Tourist w/Mousesavers discount - $207.95 US (includes taxes & free shipping) at current exchange rate $248.83 Canadian

Ticketmania - $208 US plus shipping $6= $214 US at current exchange rate $256.07 Canadian

Still looking like the Disney Store actually has the best deal because of our exchange rate right now!

Ticketmania - $208 US plus shipping $6= $214 US at current exchange rate $256.07 Ca

But what I liked about Ticketmania is that they offered a deep discount on the 7-day pass. It's $207 US which is cheaper than the 5-day.

In all fairness, when I purchased them in 2005, they had free shipping and their was an additional discount if you signed up for the mousesavers newsletter so it made it worth our while.

If your calculations are right, go ahead with Disney Store. They have them in stock and you don't have to worry about $ conversions. However, do it now because there are rumblings on the rumours board that the prices should increase come March. They have already increased for Disneyland.
