Disney the first week of May 2007?

Hi Everyone,
Is there anyone out there going the first week in May? We will be going and staying at the Pop Century! I'm so excited. It looks like the weather is going to be really warm but I'm not sure about the crowds? I hope it will be a fun trip! If you'll be there next week, let me know! Where are you staying and what are you looking forward to the most?

We'll be there starting May 6!!!! We're staying a SSR - can't wait!!! Looking forward to CRT and staying at our "home" for the first time!

That's great, I hear Saratoga is really nice. My husband, DD3 and I are going to CRT too on our second day. I'm so excited about it. I wish we could get ressies a little sooner though, we have them for 12:00 but there are no spaces available any more.

Great! Our dd3 is more like dd3.5 too. That's great that you are staying at Pop too. We're getting a standard room too because I've heard the preferred rooms aren't worth it. Have a fun trip, next week can't get here soon enough for me!

DW mentioned that she saw that some Dissers are getting lime-green Mickey paint chips from Home Depot to identify themselves. I'm not sure if DW is planning on doing that, but if so please don't hesitate to introduce yourself if you see us at the pool or something. She may have said that people put them in there hotel windows too? In any case, feel free to approach us - maybe our kids could play together.

I will be leaving for WDW on Sunday the 29th, and will be staying at Pop. Has anyone been during this time? Is it crowded?

We will be leaving next Friday (May 4th) as soon we get off from work. We both may slip out at lunch time! (It's a 8.5 - 9 hr drive.)

Thanks for the tip about the lime green. Yeah, maybe our kids can play, that would be nice. My little DD loves the playground so I'm sure we will be there too! Have a great trip!

Hi, I haven't been at this time before but I called Disney and they said the Pop is all booked (standard rooms) so maybe that's a sign that it's going to be moderate crowds. It shouldn't be that bad though because we are over spring break and Easter?
