Disney Thanksgiving/Christmas Dinners

I'm sure there's been a lot of discussion on this topic, but I wanted to get some current suggestions from fellow DISers.

I'm going to be in WDW for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. I think that deserves two bananas!

I'm planning on trying to get ADRs at Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch on both of those holidays. What I was curious about is dinner ADRs. Since I will have more of the traditional Thanksgiving/Christmas meal at LTT, what about dinner? It would be nice to have a "turkey" option, but I was thinking more along the lines of a signature restaurant. Right now, I'm thinking California Grill for dinner. Any suggestions? TIA
