We had a two bdrm planned for this week at OKW. It was to be my niece's first trip. Jeanne, my niece planned for this trip for 6 months and had to arrange coverage for her tow jobs to go. She just couldn't get her mind around the fact that we had to cancel. It was only when Continental agreeed to postponne our reservations that she began to feel better again. We called DVC on Friday and they had an announcement on the phone stating that if your call was about anything other than the hurricane you should call back after Frances. My husband made the call. He said they were super nice and got us the same 2 bdrm reservation even keeping the ressie number the same. Jeanne's boss agreed to the new date of the 19th-25th of Sept for ourr vacation and all's well with the world.
BTW,I understand from a CM at Old Key West that they have people staying there from Charley and and don't know how many more will be there after Frances. I wonder if they are using points or how Disney is arranging this.
