Think Disney is in a pretty good position. With 1 of every 4 people taking the tour and purchasing DVC in this market I think is very good. Its a great time to buy if you can!! If the free disney cruise does not hook you, than point credits will.
Disney has allot of property they can play with, with so many other companies looking to get a foothold on property. Disney just leased land to 4 seasons to build a non disney resort on property which is being built as we speak. Disney will not offer them transportation which will be handled by Mears!!! Sounds like a win win for Disney!!!
