I am still in disbelief that I will be at Kidani Village in just 14 hours. We are ready! We surprised DS6 with an early Christmas present under the tree from Mickey and Santa. He is very excited. I personally can't wait to dine at Sanaa tomorrow. I am excited to pick up our Disboard DVC tree on Wednesday. I am especially excited about the forecast for the next 9 days, particularly after "surviving" the first week of December 2010.

This will be our first stay in a studio at Kidani. We just broke the news to DS6 that he will be in his own bed. His response . . . "no, we need to sleep as a family!". He'll get over it.

I am getting my last fix of my d-cot jukebox before turning in. Because of the surprise nature of this trip, we both started and finished packing today. I think we did a pretty good job and I am pretty sure there are only 4 critical things that we forgot to pack!

We are looking forward to dining at Sanaa, LeCellier (X2), Tusker House, Biergarten/CP, Crystal Palace and Tutto.

More than anything, we are looking forward to a relaxing family vacation at one of our favorite destinations! From the look of the threads, it appears that many of you will be there as well . . . enjoy your vacations!!

Enjoy your stay. I'm a bit jealous I can't quite count down the hours yet. Wow-soon you'll be hearing :welcome: home!

I am so happly you and your family , Christmas at disney is pretty darn hard to beat in my book of joy . Merry christmas .

Kidani is our favorite resort, I hope you enjoy it as much as do. Your son is a great age for the pool area there.

Exciting! Have a fabulous trip! We're staying at AKL but we still have 60 days until check-in!!

We love Kidani too! Enjoy have fun and a super holiday vacation!

Having spent many Christmas stays at OKW and other places...yes the thrill of Disney at Christmas is hard to beat! If you are staying for New Years...make sure you are in the park early as some close due to numbers restriction.

Hope you enjoy the tree. Wish I were coming down this Christmas. May have to make plans for next year.

Thank you...we're looking forward to picking it up tomorrow! Merry Christmas!!

Have a wonderful trip! We just returned this past Saturday (stayed at BWV) and had lunch at Sanaa (a "new to us" restaurant) on Friday. All I can say is my husband has insisted that we dine there again in April when we return for a long weekend trip. The food was EXCELLENT and our waiter (his name escapes me at the moment) was terrific, guiding us with some excellent suggestions which we really enjoyed!
I have a feeling that Sanaa will become one of our "must eat at" restaurants on all our future trips.
**try the Bread Service option with your meal. The Naan was excellent!

The bread service is excellent! I think they changed it up a little, as it seems like we had more choices than in the past. Sanaa is definitely one of our favorite. I'm kind of in a rut . . . I always get the combo plate with the beef short ribs and spicy Durban chicken . . . YUM!
