I got home from the GF earlier this month. I just got a post-card giving me the web address for an on-line survey to evaluate my stay at the resort. Have they eliminated the old written ones? Anyone else get one of these postcards in the mail?

:)

I've gotten the postcards for our last four trips; one for BCV, one for BWV & two for OKW. When I got the first for OKW in Oct. 2001, I was surprised how detailed it was when I went online. They've been fun to complete though; just make sure you have a spare 10-15 minutes before you start!

I was stopped by a cast member at the Magic Kingdom on 12/7 and asked if I would give her my email address to do an on-line survey when I got home.

Sure enough, when I finally logged on to my email today (returned home very late last night) the survey was waiting for me!

DH was stopped at MNSSHP and was e-mailed a questionnaire.
I filled a different one out for our ASMu stay.

We got one for our Sept stay when we rented points for VWL. I got survey in the mail last week. It was an evaluation of the CMs when I made our ressie for Jan. It wanted to know how many times I have called Disney about reservations and why did I call so many times. It had boxes to check like "The line was busy", "Waited too long on hold and ran out of time", etc.

We recieved the postcard from our stay at WL this past Sept. It was very detailed on the internet site. More than 'Would you stay at this property again?". It took me about 20 minutes to complete online. Hope this helps Disney work out any kinks in the system.

I received a postcard for an online survey for my WDW Sports reservation experience. It was great as usual with any Disney reservation. I was disappointed (//begin rant) in being cornered into the one rate since there is a big penalty in trying to rebook the Marathon package using the newer AJV/AJB January codes... could have saved $150 total  but the penalty was $100. (//end rant) I'll still be at Disney.

I filled mine out today. It is rather lengthy. It also gave a space to comment on any specific people that did an exceptional job during your stay. I'm glad I noted some names in my planner. It was a perfect opportunity to give recognition. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to work in the hospitality field. I hope those individuals get kudos for my comments.

:)

We used to get the letter after every trip.

The last 4 trips, we have gotten the postcard with the web address. I always fill it out.

I've gotten them from both the Grand Floridian and the Beach Club. :) I kinda like the online ones instead of the old paper ones.

yes, I got one this week for my recent stay at the YC.
but this is not the first time, I got one for my last two trips also!:)

they are good, but they do take a lot of time!
but... anything to relive the magic! :)

Laura :)

Yes I've been stopped twice at Epcot for a survey. I gave the cast member my email and the survey arrived a day or two after I arrived home. Pretty simple stuff. Mine asked basically what you had discussed with others regarding WDW. I mentioned the lack (at the time) of early entry and the cut back hours and how the Disney Club hadn't been a good value.

I got a postcard for an online survey in re my reservation-making experience w/CRO (started in July but have made various changes, codes, PS's, etc. since). I completed it and used the opportunity to complain about a screw-up in which they lost my PS for HDD Revue: my credit card was assigned to someone else's completely different PS, so I could have been charged for not showing up for a PS I never had. Disney resolved it, but not w/o several phone calls and hours of delays. Point is, I was kind of hoping the complaint would result in some sort of perk--a discount, upgrade, food voucher, refillable mug, whatever--you know, the squeaky wheel gets the grease? No reaction, though. (Not that this in any way diminishes our anticipation for our trip next month. We absolutely can't wait. Just thought I'd share...)

I did do an in-person survey while exiting BB Nov'01. And then about 1 week after we got home, I got a postcard directing me to the website for a survey also. I certainly did give them an earful. But also let them hear the good too. I really do think that they listen to us.

It seemed like everytime we left a park we either did a survey or were asked for our e-mail address to do one later!! We did an on the spot one at Animal Kingdom and Epcot. I just completed an online survey on MVMCP. I was happy to fill it out but hope that maybe i'll get a room rate postcard!!

Hi Misti, I got one after our May 2002 stay at the Boardwalk, but I do remember the paper survey from our June 2001 visit. It did take awhile to fill out although I didn't mind one bit. I guess it's a permanent change now. I like the online survey better.

We stayed at the Polynesian from 11/30/02-12/04/02 and will also be going back and getting Lagoon View Concierge for the 1st time in Jan. from the 10th-14th. Our last stay was in GV concierge. Anyway, we just got a card with a password in regards to doing a survey for our recent stay at the Polynesian. We used to get the ones they sent in the mail. I always fill them out. Usually always great comments. Just thought I'd add my 2 cents in. Chip.

I just got a postcard asking me to do an online survey (which I'm about to do now) from the Poly from our stay two weeks ago.
