Disney Store

I was in my local Disney store today and they were hiring. The lady I was speaking with said they had a great benifits package but couldnt really discuss it with me but said quietly that it had to do with the parks. I was thinking about taking a job there part time just to have a little extra cash but it would be really great if it had perks for vacations- does anyone work at one of the Disney stores? If so what are your benifits / perks??

Also I think the perks are to do with free passes? Called silver passes or something like that?
