Disney Store Sale/Mail Order Questions

I have a disney store catalog from last month with some of the sales in it.
I just saw online that the prices have been lowered even more! I want to order several things, but if I order by mail can I get the lower sale price that is listed online?

Good question ! Last year I ordered online and before I received order, prices were reduced. Emailed Customer Service at Dis Store on line and got quick response email crediting the difference. Ordered again this year to have goodies for kids surprise box and same thing happened, that is, prices reduced before order received. Sent one email and no reply, sent second email and suggested I would return original order for credit and reorder at lower prices, again no reply. Very disappointed in Disney this year ...

In most cases you will not get the online price if you call and place an order or if you mail it in. I have tried this in the past and I was told that they were separate entities with different prices. Once in a while, I would get a kind CM who would do it "this one time" because I was a good customer. if you really want it, I would just go ahead and order it online.
