Disney store return way past 30 days?

Hello,

I have the Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff animator dolls. I have the receipt for Anna and Elsa, but can't find the other. They were bought back in September. Will the Disney store give me a merchandise credit for them? Long story short bought for an xmas gift, but the mother bought some for Kohls and could not give her mine. Thought to just keep them for around my house, but they are just sitting in the box taking up room. If no to Disney store, any other suggestions?

Disney Store will be you a merchandise credit at the lowest price. For Frozen items, I normally get the regular price for them.

I recently made a return at the 34 day mark (a Disney Vera Bradley item purchased from disneystore online). I had the receipt showing I paid full price but they told me that because it was past the 30 day mark, they would have given me the most recent sale price if they carried the item in the store. They gave me a store credit for the amount I paid ( theywould not do a return the original credit card or put on a disney gift card).

They'll do it, but it is technically against company policy.
