Disney Store MYW availability

I made a whirlwind trip from Kitchener to Toronto and home again today, including a very quick visit to the Yorkdale Mall Disney Store.

I purchased two 7 day adult MYW park hoppers for the advertised price of $296.07 Canadian each, and the assistant manager had a fistful of tickets available.

Yes, I believe they are available with the no expiration option, at least I think they were when I purchased my park hoppers in Scarborough last weekend. If not, you can always have them upgraded when you arrive at WDW.

And yes, it is possible it is a short term offer. The Disney store CM's I have spoken to are expecting a price increase (no longer at par) they just have no idea when. It could happen any day.

The DS does not sell the no expire tickets but you can add the option when you are at WDW.

think it was $242 for a 7 day non hopper ticket. and I was told the same thing in Barrie, that the prices are going up any time now.

We called today (Barrie) for our October trip and the price has not gone up yet but they only have tickets with the hopper option. There are no base tickets available anywhere in Canada. They said that they are expecting more anyday, and the price has not gone up yet but they are expecting about a $20 increase per ticket.

3 day base adult $225.78
5 day base adult $236.43

park hopper add approx $56
WP&M add approx $56

prices are in CAD and include the FL tax.

just an FYI, I have called every store in GTA area (and Ottawa!) and there are no 3 day passes anywhere. Limeridge in Hamilton did have 3 child passes when I called but I expect they're gone now, this was last week.....

Good to know, I have been regularly callling the Ottawa store and they never have the tickets. I started 3 weeks ago...Getting quite worried that I will get tickets before we go (we leave at the end of the month).

I don't live near a Disney store, so I have to ask... are tickets always available or is it hit or miss?

The ticket pricing does change from time to time. Last time it changed was when the dollar was at par, so the prices were the same. If it changes again, the price may not be at par. We just came back from WDW. While we were there we upgraded with no problem at the front desk of the hotel. They also advised that because we were upgrading our child ticket as well, when we return and he is "adult" ticket pricing, Disney will not make us pay the upgrade to adult pricing. That is a bonus. If you are returning again every couple of years it makes perfect sense to buy at Disney store, then upgrade at WDW.
