Disney Store Haloween/ dress markdowns

I just got back from the disney store where dresses were 14.99 and shoes were 6.99.

We went today and found Sleeping Beauty and Mulan costumes for $14.99 . Gave DD the Sleeping Beauty dress tonight for an early Halloween function and she was THRILLED...and very surprised. Can't wait to see her face at Christmas when she opens Mulan. Best of all I had looked at K-Mart and their flimsy, too small Sleeping Beauty dress-up was $19.99.

Our had Sleeping Beauty, Minnie, Alice, Mulan and HSM Cheerleader for 14.99 but Belle was still 19.99. But it is beautiful and worth 19.99 so I bought it for dd5 for upcoming trip. DD3 got Sleeping Beauty and she looks adorable as well. Don't understand why Cinderella and Ariel are still regular price?

I asked about this our store and was told they are not "costumes" they are part of the year round "dress-up" line.

I went to our Disney Store today too and all Halloween costumes were gone, replaced with their full-price year round princess dresses. Definitely outside of our budget, but awfully pretty!

Halloween isn't until tomorrow right? I was amazed that our Disney Store already had all their Halloween stuffed put away!

Oh well, I guess that's a sign telling me that DD doesn't need any more princess dresses. for now...
