Disney Store Halloween Kids Costume help

I am wanting to buy a Marie (Aristocats) Halloween costume on Ebay for my daughter. Daughter weighs around 30-31 pounds & wears 3t in most clothes.

They are selling a 2-4T costume & also a 4T-6 costume. The label is Disney Store.

I know lots of Disney Store clothes tend to run small.

Is this true of their costumes as well? Which size would you choose?

I would try to find something from a place I can return it if it doesn't fit.

It's entirely possible the 2T-4T will be too big and the 4T-6 will be too big.
