I was thinking about possibly getting a job at my local Disney Store in the future, and I wanted to know how/if employees get tickets to the parks.

Yes. Full and Part Time Disney Store employees get what is called a Main Gate (or Entrance) Pass. Seasonal employees get three 1-day Park Hoppers.
