Does anyone know what will be on special at the Disney Store for Black Friday? I stopped at the store by us today, and the manager said that everything will be 20% off. She also said that there will be special merchandise on sale, but they don't know what those items are yet. Has anyone heard anything? Our store is opening at midnight! Not sure if I'll take a nap or just stay up!

I havent heard anything, but is it the Columbus Disney Store opening at midnignt?

(I noticed your in Ohio and we only have 2 stores here)
:)

They have some great deals. There are tons of things marked 20-40% off. Plus if you are in the store before 10am, you get an additional 20% off. Great deal.

Sorry - I'm in the Cleveland area. The manager told me that 12 stores in the mall open at Midnight. This is the first year that they are doing this.

Some of the really big savings are on the large toys. And the stores do not have THAT many of some of those items, just a warning.

And some items are JUST on special on Friday.
:dance3:

Like the Rapunzel Castle or Beauty and the Beast Castle???

Ok, so my question is whether there are going to be any online savings, or are they all in-store?

Is that Great Northern in North Olmsted? I would rather shop at 12 than be at a store at 4am.

At our store, it will be the Rapunzel Castle. From what the CM could tell, the Beauty and the Beast Castle will not. She did say that it could change and may ring up differently that day.

I'm working at TDS from 11pm Thursday to 3am Friday as part of their Friends and Family program. I'm hoping since I got stuck with that shift that I get some good deals

The Disney Store at Great Lakes Mall in Mentor opens at midnight. We've gone the last 2 years to get ornaments for our 7 ft. tall Disney Christmas tree. We don't have kids (yet) so I never pay much attention to toy prices but all holiday stuff is usually 40% off.

The outlet malls at Hershey PA, including the Disney store all open at Midnight on black Friday. Last year it was a mad house...no parking, lines outside the stores well before midnight. Due to fire codes, only so many people can be in the store. Waited an hour to get into the store, and an hour in line to pay. You will see people buying ALL of the large ticket items, such as last year it was the tea cart and one man bought all of them. Another man bought ALL of one of something else, but not something I was interested in. It annoys me that they don't limit how many you can buy.
The deals are great if there is something you want. Entire store was on sale and then the sale merchandise was 40% off. Good luck!

I found some items that I would like to get online and put them on my wishlist, I wonder if everything will be on sale, including clothes?

Not all stores open at midnight. Check the store locator on disneystore.com - it shows the opening hour for black friday.

Every time I search for Disney black Friday I come up with the same article.

It says that they will be having on line sales on cyber Monday Nov. 29.

I went last year to the midnight opening. It was busy but could have been much worse. I didn't purchase any of the toy items but the T's were a good price. I'm expecting the sale to be similar to last year, already the 20% is the same.
