Make sure when you cancel your subscription to the service that it completely cancels, We signed up for this service a few years ago, and canceled within the said 30 day window. to find out that while we canceled one service, another was still in effect. It took us about 3 days of calls and waiting on hold for them to completely cancel out everything.
My personaly opinion on this whole matter, is that if Disney had any finger in this mess of a pie, THEY should be held accountable for anything that happens.
