Disney Springs restaurants not on 2018 Dining Plan

I thought I read somewhere that for 2018 the restaurants at Disney Springs are not participating in the dining plan. Can anyone confirm this. I hope this is not true.

There are some that don't participate but any that have in the past likely will again.
The nerves start kicking in this time of year every year when the dining plan participant list for the next year starts coming out and certain ones aren't listed yet but by the beginning of the year you'll notice that pretty much every restaurant that participated this year will participate next year.
