My 22 yr old son and I will be at Disney Springs next week around noon. We want to do a mini pub crawl at some of the restaurants for lunch. We'd like to just walk in, sit at the bar and have a drink and share an appetizer. Which restaurant bars would your recommend?

Raglan Road is our 'Must Do' every trip and we're looking forward to Jock Mahoney's, walked through there a few trips back, 4 of us, couldn't get 4 seats together so we'll catch it this Nov.

Jock Lindsey's
Homecoming (inside bar or outside patio)
Morimoto (downstairs if before 4 or 5pm, upstairs otherwise)

I did one night solo in January. I walked out to the Boathouse bar on the water on departure day. Great views. Bartender knows how to make a drink. She asked me how sweet I liked my mojito and made a perfect tart one. I just had the one drink and tried 3 different oysters and 2 of the cold shrimp. Outstanding.

DH & I had a date night drink at Jock Lindsey's and I loved it! Our drinks were good and we sat on the water.

Another vote for Jock's, we went there with our 21-year-old and had great drinks (they do have apps although we didn't have any). Homecoming has a large list of moonshine cocktails and some others, and they had several apps as well (we had dinner there but there was a decent sized bar).

Anyone been to the bar at Paddlefish? I read about a rooftop bar area. Wonder if it's all open seating?

Lots of great bar hopping now. I was a man set in my ways, I came in from the old side by Rain Forest. I never went into their regular bar/eating place but I always started and ended the night down at the Lava Lounge (not well known but great place down by the water that lets you have a could drink right off the bat and the ability for many different app's off their menu). From there I sauntered my way over to the Hole in the Wall bar between Cookes and Raglan. Whether it be bellying up or finding a table, it was always a great place to have a yard or two. From there I went next door to the best bar in the World at Raglan. Just a magnificent looking bar I must say! Many a Boddingtons and Harps there! I then went back to Lava for my nightcap.

But, now that the boom happened, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of bar hopping that was added. Spent a wonderful late Sunday morning at the dockside bar at the Boathouse in September. I only got to look at the Hanger as time was not sufficient for me to peruse. And having looked at the pictures from the Paddlefish open bar areas on every deck, I can see myself there too. And, that second deck overlook at the Planet Hollywood observatory looks nice. And soon the Edison. Going to be there early May and this boy will certainly be hopping the bars at the Springs.

We love Hole in the Wall...they have happy hour from 3-6 (I think it's til 6) with 1/2 price beer and well drinks. It's a great place for people watching or chatting with strangers.
