Disney Springs Question

Before the pandemic, there was a separate building for ticketing vs. other guest services at Disney Springs. Looking at a map, I don't see a separate Ticketing Center building. Anyone know if they combined ticketing with Guest Services at town center? We arrive Saturday at OKW, our first park day is Sunday, and wanted to activate Military Tickets and My AP on Saturday afternoon at Disney Springs.

There are two different buildings. When I needed to make sure my AP renewal was active, I went to the main GR building and they put my name in and then sent me over to the ticketing building (which was behind it down a little way).

I don't know if you have to always stop at GR first, or if I could have gone right to ticketing, but GR was the only thing I saw on the map and started there!

• Theme park ticket sales, upgrades and will calls (including special events)
• Annual pass sales and renewals
• Military salute ticket sales and upgrades

Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM
