Disney Springs Lunch Crawl Ideas

I am hoping to have lunch on my arrival day at Disney Springs, and I would like to do a counter service "crawl" to a bunch of places, ordering and sharing about one item per place.

What are some of the counter service restaurants and dishes that I should include? TIA

the fries at D-Luxe Burger
the mac & cheese at Homecomin' (not counter service, but you can get service at the bar without a reservation - the hush puppies are pretty good too)
and any dessert at Amorette's.

We are more table service people so I can't speak to too much counter service, but if Morimoto Street Food has ribs run, don't walk there. They are ah-maz-ing!!!!

I would definitely stop for some ribs at the Morimoto Street Food counter and anything from Homecomin’s to go counter.
