Disney Springs Hotels parking

Do all of the hotels in Downtown Disney charge for parking and/or have resort fees? Thanks

I think they all do. Regardless you need to check when you make your reservation. A poster who tells you XXXX resort didn't charge for parking isn't useful information if the hotel started to charge for parking after his stay.

Sometime a promotion, Travelzoo for example, will waive resort fees and/or parking fees.

Is this a trick question? Old Key West and SSR don't charge for parking and they don't have a resort fee.

Free Parking and no resort fee is becoming the exception.

No trick question. Just wondering. We had stayed at a nice Fairfield. It's now become a Delta hotel and they charge $15.00 to park. Good hotel, but the one thing we didn't like is the fact they had very little parking. It's adjacent to a shopping center and we really don't want to have to pay a parking fee for that. I'll watch for promotions. Thanks

Hilton, resort fee and parking fee
B Resort, resort fee and parking fee but runs specials sometimes with them waived
Holiday Inn, no resort fee but parking fee
Doubletree, no resort fee but parking fee
Best Western, resort fee and parking fee
Wyndham, resort fee and parking fee
Buena Vista Palace, no resort fee and no parking fee BUT major construction to renovate hotel, I imagine when done both fees will begin (it's now a Hilton)

Just to chime in here. We have stayed at the Best Western around a dozen or so times and never once have we been charged a parking fee. Valet charges naturally) however we have never been charged for self parking on any stay or just to park there.

And FYI ... Our last stay was one week ago. Again, no charge for parking on that stay either.
