Disney Springs hotels and transportation question.

My family and I will be going on a Disney cruise in August. My wife and I would like to include a day at the Magic Kingdom for our 6yo son the day we disembark. For Disney World my wife will require the use of a scooter to get around. I know Disney Springs hotels have shuttle service to the parks but are they handicapped accessible for the use of scooters?
