Both Hiltons at Disney Springs, the Hilton Lake Buena Vista and the Hilton Buena Vista Palace, qualify for early entry. Everyone, whether staying onsite or offsite, can make Genie+ bookings at 7:00. Only people staying at certain hotels can make Individual Lightning Lane selections (ILL$) at 7:00. The Hiltons are not on that list. The Hiltons also do not qualify for Extended Evening hours.

Yes you get early entry. You must add your reservation to your My Disney experience to scan at the gate.
