Disney Springs Happy Hour

Is anyone aware of any good happy hour deals in Disney Springs that are still applicable on the weekend (going on a Saturday)?

I know House of Blues and Jock Lindsay's used to have some happy hour specials, but I wasn't sure if they were weekdays only.

Morimoto had a happy hour menu at the bar during our last trip in November. I can't remember the hours or days honestly.

It would be great to have a complete list, wouldn't it?
