Disney Springs food trucks question

last time I was at WDW was before Disney Springs was the name. There were food trucks but only for a limited time. It was a few week period. Are the trucks listed on the Disney Springs website basically permanently there? I noticed the hours calendar only goes out one month but that also applies to the regular restaurants too

Yes, they are "basically" permanent. I think they do rotate one of the four truck to another location in DS. They may also use the trucks somewhere else occasionally and they will move them for special events.
