Disney Springs Drone show for the holidays?

I picked it up at Disney springs, not sure if it's available online

Did you notice if you get a return time for Santa or do you have to wait in line?

Santa is meeting now toward the end of the tree trail, same set up, you go to the podium, check in, and they text you a time to come back where y ou only wait about 10 minutes to meet him
The Tree Trail is def. improved, what they did was add more themed trees, make a narrower path using wooden walls, they added cute posters along the trail and "naked" green and whiite trees to fill up the empty space. My favorite tree this year is the Fantasia one.

I may be in the minority, but I was not impressed with the tree trail last year. I was reminded of an old contest at an insurance company in a past life where each department decorated a wreath and they were all displayed in one place, so there's a wreath for underwriting, and another for auditing, and another for claims, and billing, etc.

Your not in the minority. I wasn't all that impressed with it either.

How highly would you prioritize DS’ holiday options? Our plan is AK in the morning and we have a 5pm res at Homecoming. I had planned on us spending the rest of our evening checking out the trail, Santa, and the drone show, but I’m not so sure anymore. I have a 6:45 FP for FOP that I haven’t been able to move up, Santa’s at DHS, the trail looks kinda lame, and no drone show. BUT Homecoming comes highly recommended! Conundrum. Not sure what we should do!

I would do the Disney Springs holiday stuff if you plan on going to Disney Springs but I wouldn’t go out of m way for it if I wasn’t.
