You can see some on the Allears menus but I have found very little available by searching.

I also would suggest allears menus. That is where I always go to view menus. It seems like they update them quite regularly.

Anyone have 1st hand experience with snacks in Disney Springs?

When we were there Sept. 2017, we used snack credits at the two DS Starbucks locations and Goofy's Candy Company. Goofy's has tons of options - glaciers (like slushies), fill-your-own powdered candy tubes, other candy, baked goods, create-your-own Mickey rice krispy (as well as other CYO options; the CYO candy apple is excluded as a snack credit though). We used over 20 credits there on our last night, and apparently everyone else was doing that too because the line was quite long! Next time I would go earlier in the day rather than waiting til 10 pm.
