Disney Springs at “Rope Drop”

Does anyone know if Disney Springs has a “rope drop” of sorts? Like does it open right at the stated 9am time and everyone stands outside the entrance waiting to get in or can you go inside and wander around before that and wait for the stores inside to open at 9am?

Hi. The parking garage doesn’t open until 9am. Most of the stores open at 10am. You can get in at 9 and wander around until stores open. I think the new donut place Everglazed opens at 9 but I’m not sure if anything else does.

What about being dropped off by an uber or Lyft? Those don't use parking garages. Would you still have to wait until 9 am?

I haven’t used Uber or Lyft, but as far as I know the temp tents don’t open until 9am. I could be wrong though.
