Hi, thinking of going in Jan for a few days. Will probably do MK 1 day, the other days hanging out in DS shopping, etc. If we don't stay at one of the disney springs hotels, where is the best condo/timeshare closest to DS. Would it be Bonnet Creek? Besides Bonnet Creek, any other suggestions for closeness and easy access to DS-we've stayed at the Marriott timeshares-Cypress Harbour and Grande Vista, which we loved, but I think they're closer to Universal sea world area. Would prefer a 2 bedroom, thank you!

DoubleTree Suites and Buena Vista Palace in Disney Springs have some two bedrooms.

All very close -
Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek
Sheraton Vistana Resort
Sonesta ES just outside Disney Springs (was a Staybridge Suites)
Marriott World Center (right across I-4 from DS) has two sections with two bedrooms
Caribe Royale
Lake Buena Vista Spa and Resort

Thank you! I was actually looking at Vistana, so many people here on the boards seem to really like it. Also looking at the timeshares by Marriott world center (the Royal Sabal Palms, etc.), If you had to pick between these, the Vistana or one of the Marriott timeshare, what do you think? The only thing holding me back from the Marriott properties (the 3 by the world center), I believe they don't have their own restaurant, you have to go over to the world center for that-Vistana seems to have more amenities, thoughts? Thank you!! The buena vista palace looks great, nice and close to DS, but the timeshare resorts are definitely cheaper.

I just stayed a week at Marriott in a 3 bedroom (our balcony looked at Vistana), but the 2 bedroom areas are very nice. The hotel is going through major construction in the pool areas so most of the big pools are closed. It's a big hotel with lots of dining options but yes you have to get over there, it's walkable, they might have golf cart shuttle but we drove. The unit itself was very nice and there were 6 adults.

Sheraton Vistana is very large and spread out as well. There are restaurants but I guess it depends on where your unit is to where you want to eat. You might also have to drive. We have stayed several times and always in Fountains (I request it). The Tiki Hut is there but we never ate. We like the units and the pool area. Since we were driving to parks we would just eat off property. We would take some night swims but it was mostly just a place to stay for us.

FOR ME - I like Marriott better but then I was either eating in the unit or off property or at parks. I tried to stay at Marriott again next month but really only needed one bedroom so ended up at Grande Vista - we are doing Disney and Universal so it was fine. If you want activities and more non-commercial on site dining Vistana is a great option.

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek is the closest to Disney Springs and very nice.

There are some other timeshare resorts not too far away with 2BR units including Cypress Pointe, Grande Villas, Westgate Blue Tree and Parc Soleil.

These are on the west side of I-4 around Palm Parkway and Apopka Vineland.

Except for Parc Soleil, these are older properties. They don't have the following that WBC has. They likely aren't as deluxe and they don't feel like you are on Disney property, like WBC.

Close to Animal Kingdom and just off Disney Property is Silver Lake Resort. This is also a bit of an older report, but there are a ton of nice non-Disney restaurants and shopping options near it.

Thank you both for all the great information, really appreciate it!
