Disney Spring hotel guests - EMH?

Do all guests staying at a Disney springs hotel get access to EMH or only those with packages booked through Disney (like the 60 fast pass booking window)

If yes, how? Since the reservation cannot be linked magic bands won't work.

Any real life experience?

It’s available for all Disney Springs Hotels’ guests. Apparently a voucher is required:

“Valid Theme Park admission and Extra Magic Hours benefit voucher are required.”
