Disney Specials on TLC Channel

Last weekend I found myself flipping through the TV channel guide and came across a series of Disney Specials on TLC. One was sort of a behind-the-scenes special. Lots of interesting things including a sneaky ploy to get you to buy foods...they pump scents into the main streets so as you walk past, you notice the smell of foods, tempting you to buy them. Sneaky Disney, sneaky!!

Costco does the same thing. They use huge fans to blow the smell of cinnamon bread all over the store, hoping to lure you in.

Yup, walk around DTD and you'll smell the kettle corn piped in!

Same with all the food carts.

The main street one is easy to track. It's a small grille that just looks like a wall panel under the window.
