and probably b4 the DISNEY INSTITUTE AND SPA OPENS
WHat could possibly be the incentives 2 purchase,THE DIAS,
b4 it opens.

anyone have experiences from previous DVC PROPERTIES 2 share with me??

I BELIEVE THIS NEW RESORT will be called SARATOGA SPRINGS 4 some reason I thought it was the DISNEY INSTITUTE AND SPA.

It partly depends on where the economy is at the time. That and experience with all of the resorts past OKW would lead me to believe that avoiding a price increase and some version of the MB program is all you can expect for SS. They usually take presales and announce a price increase then let those that are just waiting buy and then raise the price a few months later. I'm sure it will partly depend on the presale traffic. The only deal I can remember was with BCV where they did what I just described but you got the $10 pp AND got to keep the points OR you could get free stays at regular WDW resorts with the LOS depending on how many points you bought.
