Anyone have a list of Disney Songs that would work good for a wedding?

I expect many to be listed so....LIST AWAY!
 :love2:  :love2:

You'll be in My Heart from Tarzan...

And you'll be in my heart
Yes, you'll be in my heart
From this day on
Now and forever more

Don't listen to them
'Cause what do they know
We need each other,
to have, to hold
They'll see in time
I know

I know this isn't from a Disney movie, but it is a Disney song. DF and I plan on using "Promise" from Illuminations:ROE as our first dance.

::MinnieMo

Also "Wishes" from the MK show, Beauty and the Beast, A dream is the wish your hearft makes (did anyone say this? oops if so) circle of life...hmm I am sure I will think of some more.

We had the following: Groom and Minister walked down to "Someday My Prince Will Come", Ring Bearer and Flower Girl walked down to "Can You Feel the Love Tonight", I walked down to "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" and our recessional was "Under the Sea" (it sounded awesome, so upbeat, fun and happy sounding. The mother/son dance was "Circle of Life" and I danced with my boys to "You'll Be In My Heart". There are so many great Disney songs to choose, happy planning.

We're using these for our vow renewal, I think:

Processional - A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes
Family Unity Candle - Circle of Life
Recessional - When You Wish Upon a Star
Our First Dance - Beautiful (from Jim Brickman CD - I LOVE THIS SONG)
Father/Daughter - Butterfly Kisses - Jim Carlisle
Mother/Son - Let Them Be Little or You'll Be In My Heart
Group Dance - Can You Feel the Love Tonite
Final Dance - Wonderful Tonite - Eric Clapton (we danced to this at our wedding)

Some of these are repeats, but I have a list of ones that I like :)

A whole new world
Theme from beauty and the beast
A dream is a wish your heart makes
bella notte
Candle on the water
So this is love
when you wish upon a star
zip-a-dee-doo-dah
Once upon a dream
There's a great big beautiful tomorrow
Minnie's Yoo-hoo (instrumental)
Baby Mine (for mother/son dance etc)
Can you feel the love tonite
Kiss the girl
Part of your world
Some day my prince will come
You'll be in my heart
Main Street electrical parade (just a very song)
Fantasmic!
You've got a friend in me

our pianist knew a whole bunch of songs.

what I thought was nice was the mothers came down the aisle to "baby mine"

also, after the ceremony as the guests were leaving the RCG, she played the Main Street Electrical Parade! :)

When I went and saw Disney's "On The Record" when it came to town last summer, I absolutely fell in love with "If I Never Knew You" (a duet between Pocahontas and Smith) from the movie Pocahontas.

Here is what we picked so far:
Prelude: various classical/disney selections
DH2B walking down to "someday my prince will come"
We are still deciding on the song for the bridal party...But my daughter (the flower girl) wants to walk down to Bibbidi-Bobbidy-Boo :teeth: (not sure on that one though) I think I'm going to walk down to A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes. We still haven't decided on the recessional or our first dance song.

We didn't have a whole lot...it was a short (but sweet) ceremony. But here's what we picked:

DH processional: Can You Feel the Love Tonight (that's what he wanted)
Bride processional: Once Upon a Dream (I love Sleeping Beauty!)
Recessional: Zip A Dee Doo Dah!! (a most fitting recessional)

I asked for a few other songs to be played, but to be honest, I barely paid attention...I was too excited about being there, being married, and drinking that champagne!!! :cool1:

For the cake cutting we had:
Kiss The Girl
A Whole New World
Part of Your World

According to the guests our violinist played various Disney songs before the ceremony that were really fun.

If you get the Jim Brickman Disney CD, there is this really beautiful song called Beautiful featuring Wayne Brady, it is AWESOME!!! I think I am going to use it for our first dance because it will be different.
