I am trying to purchase the Platinum Plus AP with the DVC discount @ $559.
When I go to the Ticket Store, and identify myself as a DVC member by logging in, the site presents me with the promotional pricing and the green “Add to Cart” button. When I click on the button, I am brought to my cart screen, but it tells me “Your cart is empty”.
I have tried and re-tried adding the pass to my cart, on different devices with different browsers, and with clearing my browser cache. The problem remains - I can never add the pass to my cart.
I noticed that if I sign out, and go back to the ticket store as an unidentified user (i.e., no DVC login), I can add the non-discounted AP to my cart with no problem. So I am guessing it has something to do with the linking of my DVC account, and validating that I am eligible for the discount.
Anyone else have this issue? I called MDE tech support, but the guy - while very nice - was completely worthless.
