Disney Site vs HON site - conflicting info

I am registered and signed up for an activity. When I go to the GAD site and sign into "Manage Account", my Volunteer Activity Status states "volunteer opportunity not yet selected" and the Action Required states "go to HON to schedule an activity". Then I click on that to the HON site and enter on "view/edit opportunites I have signed up for". It shows the activity that I have confirmed with the organization. Should I be concerned with the status of the Disney GAD site? This really has been a confusing process.

How long has it been? Maybe they just need time to update.

I confirmed with the organization on January 20. I did receive the HON email that states "We're thrilled that you've signed up..." and confirming the date and time. Which makes me think that I am ok, but I wish the two sites were in sync.

I would be concerned too. At our event we were told numerous times that if we weren't signed up on/through the Give A Day site then we would not get credit. You obviously did, but it's not showing up. Can you contact anybody?

I'm having the exact same problem...initially when I called they told me to re-sign up for my volunteer activity and put a note in the comments section that I had completed the activity on my completion date and all should be good...Well my volunteer activity is no longer on the website--- they met their goals for volunteers, so I called again and they assured me they could see my information and I was OK...I'm still not convinced, but I'll wait a few more days and then call again. My completion date was 1/25 and my coordinator is supposed to verify me today...
