The website has been glitchy all day. You probably will do better by calling. Disney is aware of the problem with the Sept to Dec discounts not showing up online. I think Nov dates are showing more errors than Oct.

What dates are you trying? There are some dates that are sold out like oct 21st for 1

I found that happening as well, but this was weeks ago! So I called for the pricing and it was correct with the CM on the phone.

I was looking for pricing for this coming December, where an annual pass rate for the AKL was $199 a night. The website had it listed at $239 a night but on the phone it was correct. Strange.

Most of the popular hotels are already booked. In October it's almost impossible to find a discount at the Epcot resorts as F&W is happening. POFQ is pretty much a no go as it's smaller and popular and is usually sold out of discount rooms early. AoA Little Mermaid is very very popular right now being new and it's coming up as not available, some of the suites were popping up but even those were only one section.

I've been stalking different hotels for fall rates, but my first choices are very popular. I did go ahead and settle for ASMu (I needed to add two days to the end of my vacation) sometimes to get rates you just have to take what they have.

But it helps to check often because people often book multiple or back up reservations, then cancel once thier plans are final, it's the nice thing with RO discounts that you can change up without penalty up to 5 days before.

I was having this problem as well. However- when I searched using Expedia I could see rooms available. I called and was able to make the reservations no problem.

I had to call today. The CM said the website is still not showing the Sept-Dec general public discounts with any reliability. They hope to get it fixed soon. I don't know what their definition of soon is, could be awhile... The CM's are able to see the gp discounts, though. It's worth a call. (Nov and Dec dates seem to be the most glitchy online.)
On the other hand, the website does seem to be showing the Florida resident discount rates pretty well. Crazy system. (I have family in Fla that relies on me to research their rates.)
