We needed to change our date of service. I did this several weeks ago, before the original date of our service.

The HandsOn Network site has the correct date, but under my Disney GAD account, it shows the original date and I'm in "Pending Verification" The date of the volunteer opportunity has passed. Verification that the volunteer has completed their activity may take up to 2 weeks.

Now I'm nervous that I'm going to be counted as a no-show/non-participant because the Disney site says my date has passed.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Mine says something similar. My original day had a snow storm, and my volunteer opportunity didn't happen, so I changed it on the Hands on Network portal to a different day. It shows up fine on the Hands on Network page, but says 'that my day has passed' on the Disney page. We volunteered today, so I guess now I just need to wait and see. The lady at my volunteer opportunity was expecting us today, and things look fine for her on her end, so I'm not worried.....yet. I'll let you know what happens. :)

Got my final email today with the tickets. I hope things have worked out for you. :wizard:

Thanks! Nothing here yet. Disney's site changed to say that we still need to volunteer, but that we're signed up, so I think it is finally catching up with the Hands-On site. I know our blankets were delivered last week, so here's hoping they are processed soon!
