Disney Shuttle Launches

I am staying off site but will be visiting some Disney hotels and restaurants on this holiday. I have read a lot about boat shuttles between resorts/hotels and was wondering if these are for hotel/resort guests only or can anone use these? Is there a charge? Thanks

No all Disney transportation is free to anyone holding a valid Disney park ticket.
