I'm hoping that this new thread will help me deal with Disneyshopping.com. Has anyone else had this problem? I tried to purchase some designer t-shirts online with Dis. At the end of my order it said OOPS we are unable to contact your credit card issuer at this time pls call (the dis online shopping number) to place your order. So now, every time I go to DSO I get the same problem. Doesn't matter what credit card I use the same thing happens. Now I contacted DSO the best answer I got was "Have her have someone else place the order for her" What! this is the best I get! Holy moly. I just sent a certified letter to Disney corp. to straighten out the prob. I'm just looking for anyone else who has or has had this problem. I would appreciate the feedback.

That must be so frustrating for you. I order from Disneyshopping.com all the time (MY MICKEY COFFEE TABLE IS GETTING DELIVERED TOMORROW MORNING!! :cool1: ) & I've never had a problem. I've read about many other people though...so I'm sure my day will come.
 
I had that happen once. Call your credit card company they will clear it for you.

The problem is that I used at least 3 different credit cards by 3 different banks. I keep getting the same thing. Did you have the same problem and was it with Disney?

I would try calling Disney back and asking them if they can clear it or if it's with your credit card company. It happened to me when I was trying to place several orders. But where you put in 3 different credit cards it sounds like it may have locked you out. Anyway I would call disney back and see if you can get someone who is more helpfu. They just recently outsourced their call center so they are new to the disneyshopping.com website and how to answer calls

I will give it a try. I have to say that the one supervisor that gave me the companies recommendation was embarrassed by the companies reply.

I've read that on several threads in the past that people have had all kinds of problems with their orders from Disneyshopping...not specifically credit card orders similar to yours. Sorry if my first post was confusing.
 
I have had the problem where if I log in it says OOPs we can't complete your order at this time. Call 1 800 xxxxxxx. I don't know what is the problem either and it has nothing to do with my CC. It is very frustrating and I know how you feel. The only good thing is it keeps me from ordering too much!

I always get Sorry you can not log on at this time :confused3 but feel free to shop anonamously. If I do that then I can't use any codes. Very frustrating. :badpc:

Not that I'm happy that this has happened to you but at least I'm no alone. One would think that I am not the only person who's complained about this.

Hi thanks to those whom posted to this thread, here's the current update. I sent a certified, return receipt to Disney Corp. in Burbank, CA. I told them my exact problem, along with kudos to the one person at Dis. Shopping that was trying to help. I got an email letting me know who they sent the problem to. I recieved a phone call today to discuss the problem. She even tried to place the order for me HA! it happened to her to, so I am not attending Crazy GO Nuts University lol So now she is clear that the problem is on Disney's side and not mine. Good news is they care and they are trying. She is going to contact IT and see if they can help. Just thought you might be interested.

I have had consistant problems for the past few months with disneyshopping.com. I asked them for an address where I could write a letter to and they gave me the studio address which I thought was weird. I am glad to know that apparently as weird as that address is, it gets results! I will send a letter out this weekend! Thanks for starting this thread!!!
 
I would suggest sending the letter return receipt, it cost me a couple of dollars but I thought it was worth it to keep track. Here's the address, just in case you want it:
