WOW guys!!! I had the same problem and didn't even know others were having the same problem until just now!! Here is my original email to them (yesterday):
"Hello. I just received my set of 4 Mickey head shatterproof ornaments, but unfortunately all four ornaments were very poorly made. The paint is chipped and smudged, and some of the Mickey head jewels are missing or out of place. I would like to return this set and be sent a new set. This was item xxxxxxxx, order number xxxxxxxxxx. Shipped to xxxx xxxxxx on November 22.
Thank you. Please let me know what I need to do."

SOoooooo.... we'll see what the 2nd set look like. I was going to use them as stocking stuffers for my immediate family. Each ornament had SOMETHING wrong, but I was going to keep the worst two for my own tree

and then give the other two away to my mom and sister. Maybe I'll just end up with 8 very crappy Mickey-like ornaments.
