Does anyone have a spreadsheet or document that they are willing to share for Disney planning/itinerary?

I was putting my information on the one that Disney has on their website under My Disney Vacation, but I just noticed that it will not print my "daily activities". :confused3

I'd like one too please, if anyone has one! I realized that I definitely need to get my trip stuff more organized!

I would like one too. I am tired of using notebook paper. It is too big to take the whole notebook, so I tear the pages out and the little pieces get all over and it is so ugly :rotfl: I would love to have something done on the computer where I could print it out and it only takes up one or 2 pages :thumbsup2

I don't know if this is what you have in mind, but here's mine. It's just a Word table.

Col 1 - Day and date
Col 2 and 3 - Best parks and parks to avoid on that date, according to the Unofficial Guide (good for last-minute schedule changes)
Col 4 - Extra Magic hours
Col 5 - Our plans for that day, including ADRs (I had the confirmation numbers on there as well, but I removed it for this version)
Col 6 - Events that we're interested in

I shrunk it down to pocket-size and laminated it to take into the parks. On the opposite side, I put our room numbers and everybody's cell phone numbers, along with WDW phone numbers we might need.

Awesome, thanks for sharing. This is the first trip I have booked with DU. They supply an itinerary, but I can only "write in" my own plans and notes - this is very helpful. :thanks:

Im making something like that but I added "must see/do" for the day and I used index cards color coded by park and laminated and hung with a key ring on the fanny pack that way I dont have to hold it! one card for each day and its in order and I have Bad weather/emergency change plan! I also added where we planned to meet other family members and gave them a copy so they know where we will be each day too. I made one for the kids and decorated with stickers and they wear it on there fanny pack it aslo has emergency information on it as well!

Holy cow tlbwriter... that made so much sense! It's such a great format and good ideas for columns. You could also type in any reservation numbers for dinners, parties, etc in the section for "our plans." Thank you for sharing. Here's mine from last year: (green days: good to go per TGM, yellow days: a little more crowded, but still ok per TGM)

Susan, it looks like you're a little more organized than I am! :lmao:

I printed mine pocket-size and put everyone's cell phone numbers on the back (we were travelling with family). Then, when we got our rooms, I wrote our room numbers on the back, put them in self-sealing laminate pouches (you can get these in office supply stores), and gave everybody a copy. I'm sure my ILs thought I was insane, but they really came in handy.

Hey don't worry about those in-laws..they are the crazy ones..hahaha When we go to WDW I am always planned out to the minute and my in-laws thought I was crazy...Well we went to Myrtle Beach this summer and I had nothing planned and just kinda kicked back and relaxed to show them I can do that too. Well MIL finally piped up and said she enjoyed it more when I have things planned and we are always on the go vs. sitting around trying to figure out what we wanted to do for the day. (My secret: I used to live in Myrtle Beach, so I have done all the cool stuff already..:goodvibes ).

Oh, they definitely appreciated it. They'd never been (and I had only been once but was really into the research/planning aspect) and didn't know what to expect. I'm sure they thought I was nuts when I handed them this laminated card on day 1, but on our last day they told me how much they appreciated all the planning and even bought me a gift. And I'm LOL at your ILs suddenly realizing that planning is a good thing!
