I saw this once at the Expo. If you signed up you would get one. Has anyone ever seen it again?

no, except on Ebay. Run Disney used to announce that a race was sold out and then at the next expo allow people to sign up for these "sold out" races and, as an incentive, give them one of these bags or a run disney backpack etc. People who had already registered and saw this going on were pretty upset as run Disney had their money for months and they (the advance registrants) never got an incentive gift. So now run Disney has stopped this practice so we haven't seen these incentive gifts since.
