Does anyone know how to iron paper? My cards are a little warped and I think I can just press them to make them smoother.

Very low setting and NO steam should do it - put them under a layer of brown paper for safety, and don't do it if you have any plastic stickers!

Thats exactly what I bought and then just to make sure I measured it against prepunched cards and they are the same.
Do we need to punch our addy cards we are making? Thats probably a DUH question but just want to make sure.

It's not a DUH question - it depends. You can definitely punch the holes regardless of the size of the card. Some people, however, just made a smaller business card sized address card, with the intention that it could then be attached to the existing plain cards already in the rolodex. In that case, the smaller sized cards don't have to have the holes (but they can if you want them to). Does that make sense?
