Nope. The ROFR process has often been compared here
to a drunken monkey throwing darts at a board. We know that in addition to price, Disney looks at factors such as which Residential Unit the points come from (because when they resell those points, they'll bundle them into a new contract, and all of the points in the new contract must come from the same RU) and whether the seller is international (there's a tax called FIRPTA, and it seems that Disney doesn't want to deal with it). They used to look at Use Year, until they gave themselves the right to change the UY of points they take back, so that doesn't seem to be a factor anymore. And they might have a customer waiting to buy but not have enough points in inventory. Those are only the few factors I can think of right now; there are others such as the economy (ROFR essentially disappeared during the Great Recession).
